We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase because we love our customers! So if you are not happy with your order we will do everything we can to fix it! Please review our return policy to proceed with your order. All returns will be for store credit only.
- Contact us stating the reason for your return within 3 days of receiving your order. If there is something wrong with your order we will be happy to help you resolve it.
- We will only accept returns 14 days after you received them.
- You must include your return form and your original receipt.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our part.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed and your store credit has been applied to your account.
What cannot be returned?
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Items without their original tags.
- Items that smell like perfume or cigarette smoke.
- Items with makeup, deodorant, or similar stains.
- Items purchased on sale.
If items returned do not meet the standards of our return policy, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
